George Steinbrenner High School is rated one of the nations top rated schools according to U.S. News receives a 10 out of 10 in their toughest category of  College Readiness.  Located in Lutz Florida on the Norther Border of Hillsborough County, Steinbrenner’s Poet Warriors has just over 2,400 hundred students, 75% of which are in Advanced Placement Courses.  Located adjacent to Steinbrenner are two of Hillsborough County’s best Elementary and Middle Schools, Mckitrick Elementary and Martinez.  Many students are able to attend all three levels of schooling within the same radius and parents love the ease and access of being able to drop one child off in one grade level and one in another in the same location.  

 

Named after the Baseball Legend in 2007 Steinbrenner High School has quickly become a powerhouse on and off the field with highly competitive Football, Softball, Soccer, and Baseball programs.  Steinbrenner also offers quite a few extracurricular opportunities such as band, jazz, photography and chorus.
