Michael Couch
As a Tampa resident of 35 years and graduate of USF’s College of Business Administration and former USF Football Player, Michael loves the Tampa Bay area. He has taken on challenge after challenge since graduation, beginning a career in advertising more than 20 years ago, then going on to serve as an Officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers. After an injury cut his military career short, he transitioned from serving his country to serving his community by teaching elementary school while simultaneously continuing his education in Firefighter and EMT school.
Michael made his first investment in the volatile 2007 real estate market and has been independently buying and selling residential properties since. He believes that “trust is everything” in real estate, and prides himself on giving honest advice that he would want to be given himself when selling or purchasing a home.
Michael stepped out on his own in 2015 and created Keystone Real Estate Services to meet the needs of a modern, tech savvy buyer or seller. He feels there’s a demand for old-fashioned customer-service focused real estate comforts, blended with 21st century internet marketing convivences. Intimately knowing the area you’re buying in, or selling to, is key; with the recent shift toward internet sales, he feels there’s been a void in the value placed on customer service in exchange for technology- and wants to help fill the gap.
Michael is a dedicated to being a steward to the community and wants to be the Broker you can count on.
